Learnerships are specifically designed programmes which cover the relevant training objectives/ Specific outcomes of a Qualification. These programs are designed to deliver the Theoretical and Practical components of the trade as well as the relevant workplace experience (where necessary) in order for the learner to become eligible for a trade test.
